reTREAT yourself
reTREAT yourself is a half day retreat to replenish your soul and reset at the beginning of spring. REST, RELAX, disCONNECT from the outside world, TUNE INto your inner world and HONOUR your innate uniqueness as you share it with others.
We will enact a few tools for deep rest, well-being and reenergizing the body and spirit. We will have time for silence and introspection and time to be together and share in a safe group.
Who is it for? Anybody who feels the need to create some time for themselves and press the reset button. No previous experience needed.
What to expect? This will be a mix of different practices (sitting, walking and mantra meditation + embodied movement & a few yoga asanas + Do-In / meridian tapping + massage + creativity exploration & inner child connection + group sharing ritual).
Who's organizing? Nadia Sacoor and Elena Popova - two experienced facilitators in various disciplines will share some of their favourite self care, centering and group practices.
How much is the contribution? We would like to offer a sliding scale price so we make it as accessible for anybody who feels the calling to join. The conscious contribution scale is between €35 - 50, whatever is within your budget and feels good to you. There is limited capacity so please let us know if you’re interested.
How to book? To register, please fill out this REGISTRATION FORM and we will ask you to pay €20 in advance to secure your place. We will send full event details to participants shortly after registration.
